    Does the child/children have any medical or food allergy information you need to share with us?
    Do you consent to your child appearing in photographs from our fun day to be posted on our social media pages?

FUN DAY CHECK LIST

  • Spaces are Limited and are on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Our Fun Days are for 5-11 year olds only.
  • Our Fun Days are exclusively for our members and their siblings only.
  • If you would prefer to pay by cash for your child’s space please do this via your class instructor.
  • Drop off is 9.00am. Collection is at 2.00pm.
  • Dress children in suitable clothing/footwear for fun activities.
  • Bring a packed lunch with drink and mid-morning snack NUT FREE.
  • For Summer fun days, please apply sun cream to your child before attending if needed.
  • If children have a karate or kickboxing belt please bring this along in a kit bag (Not loose).
