RIGHTS AS A PRIVATE MEMBERS CLUB

1.1 SAMA Organisation is a private members club. SAMA Organisation has the right to terminate any membership if club rules are not upheld. SAMA organisation has the right to refuse membership and further training if we believe this is in the best interests of the student, instructor and/or the class as a whole.

1.2 SAMA Organisation does not and will not tolerate any type of abuse (physical or verbal), rudeness, discrimination or any other type of improper behaviour towards any of its staff members including instructors. If an incident does occur regarding one or more of these actions by either a student or a person(s) involved with the student such as a family member etc, SAMA Organisation has the right to refuse further training for the student of the party involved and if membership/insurance has already been paid refund the remainder of the fee paid corresponding to the amount of cover left for the 12-month period that it runs for.

1.3 Whilst SAMA Organisation will do their best to accommodate individual needs, our instructors may refuse membership on the grounds of safety to other students and staff. Students with disabilities or health conditions are advised to contact us prior to attending to ensure suitability of karate or kickboxing training.
